THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for two National Account Managers to join our Sales Team.
The successful candidates will manage accounts to deliver ambitious growth, develop and execute commercial strategy and deliver profit to increase shareholder value.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Clarity of thought
Ability to translate complicated data and ideas into the ‘so what’
Determination to win (but cheerful if the chips are down)
Solutions–orientated approach
Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team
Entrepreneurial spirit
Numerically literate & competent at Excel-based analysis
Creative negotiating skills
High level of self awareness
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Excellent communication skills
Can demonstrate family values in everything that you do
