This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
The competition is not open to employees of Frank Roberts & Sons Limited, Fido PR or Nantwich Food & Drink Festival.
Only entries completed on the official Roberts Bakery form will be valid.
Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid.
Closing date for entries is 5pm, Sunday 27th September 2009.
The prize draw will take place on Monday 5th October 2009.
One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries, under the supervision of an independent observer.
The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize consists of one main prize of a year's supply of bread (52 x 800g loaves of Roberts Bakery bread, one per week. The bread variety will be selected at the discretion of Roberts Bakery from the current retail range).
Final delivery arrangements for the prize are to be agreed between Frank Roberts & Sons Limited and the winner. Frank Roberts & Sons Limited reserve the sole discretion to offer a cash alternative reflecting current retail prices for the whole prize. No cash and product combinations are permitted.
The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Prizes will only be sent to a valid UK address.
Frank Roberts & Sons Limited will notify the winner in writing using the contact details provided on the entry form within 28 days of the closing date. Failure to arrange delivery of the prize within 2 months of the closing date could result in the loss of the prize.
Your entry remains the property of Frank Roberts & Sons Limited and will not be returned. By entering the competition, you agree that the contents of your entry form may be printed, published, distributed, edited or otherwise used in publicity in relation to the competition and/or Frank Roberts & Sons Limited. You agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested.
The winners name and county is available by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked 'request for winners details' to the address below, within 2 months of the close of the prize draw.
