Technical Manager (The Pastry Case) – Technical Manager
We are looking for a determined technical manager, educated to degree level in Food Science/Technology or similar related fields to manage the QA and Technical teams to develop our quality management system and HACCP, and also maintaining customer and BRC standards. You will play a leading role in internal and external auditing, QA and in-process problem solving. Knowledge of private label products is essential and ideally you will be conversant in a range of retailer specification systems.
